Literatur Review : Rapid Immunochromatography Sebagai Metode Skrining Kanker Serviks Berbasis Deteksi Onkoprotein HPV pada Urin

Cervical cancer is still become main health problem especially in development country. This the second most common Indonesian women. It commonly caused by infection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 and 18. Actually if cervical was detected earlier, it shows better respond therapy than other cancers, but this opportunity not supported appropiate screening methods. Nowadays, pap smear IVA are used for detect they only recommend women who have had sexual intercourse. Both them also require medical expertise highly cost. Based on these problem, paper describes novel method using rapid immunochromatography kit which more applicative, noninvasive, affordable. a literature review (library research). Data obtained through search engine keywords: "Cervical Cancer", "HPV", "Urine", "Screening", “Lateral flow test”, "Rapid immunochromatography". The references were taken from reliable journal range 2009 to 2019. textbooks institution official sites support analysis. presence oncoprotein E6 & E7 HPV-16 HPV-18 urinusing antigen-antibody binding principle. Sensitivity specificity test done comparing results with tests as standard PCR HPV urinsamples. We conclude that further protocol standardization achieve clinical sensitivity, solution noninvasive detection high risk so treatment can be do immediately mortality rate due reduced much possible.
